My car was picked up by Bucks after an accident. Everyone I spoke to at Bucks was courteous and respectful.
I was allowed to retrieve everything I needed from my car and was told to take as much time as needed so I didn’t feel rushed.

The definition of Southern Hospitality is Bucks Tires! I needed an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanic noticed a loose rod. They took care of it and then let me know what was the issue and didn't charge me for it. I had noticed a front end noise but didn't think of it. They are courteous and professional and treat you like family. It's good to know people are looking out for their customers and keeping us safe. I won't take my car ANY place else!!!
